STRANGE LADY AT WHITE COLLAR CRIME SAINT PATRICK'S DAY EVENING!

Being Irish has little to do with the amount of unbridled partying one can do on March 17th, the day we honor Saint Patrick for leading all the the snakes  off the Emerald Isle using his magic flute.
